How 407 Sub-class Skilled Visa Is Reshaping Australia's Industrial Landscape!

Introduction:

In Today's blog, we are discussing the 407 Subclass Skilled Visa and the benefits it provides to industries while recruiting a worker in their workforce. The 407 Subclass Skilled Visa is also called Australia’s 407 Training Visa. The 407 Sub-class Skilled Visa has existed for many years, but has recently been highlighted for multiple reasons. Mainly because of the benefits it offers to the Industries and the Employees. For an individual aspiring to come to Australia through a 407 Sub-class Skilled visa, the cost is much cheaper than the Regular Sponsored Visa.

We are SkilTrak, providing student placements, work placements, and internships to domestic and overseas clients. In this venture, we collaborated with Registered Training Organizations looking for skilled overseas workers working globally and bringing them to Australia through the 407 Sub-class Skilled Vis,also they can benefit the local industries with a number of advantages they bring along.

The 407 Sub-class Skilled Visa Process: How Does It Work?

The information of aspiring workers who want to join Australia’s workforce is provided to us by the Registered Training Organisations of Australia. We contact the candidate, gather information about their job requirements, and source a suitable industry that can be a perfect match for the candidate. After contacting the industries and telling them about the venture and the benefits they have in hiring an overseas worker through the 407 Sub-class Skilled visa, we arrange a virtual interview between the industry and the candidate. If the Industry is willing to employ the worker, then we will complete the documentation and legal procedures and bring the candidate to Australia within a 10-60-day period.

How The 407 Sub-class Skilled Visa Serves As A Benefit To Industries:

Induction Is Free For Industries:

We are working with reputable RTOs that are directly responsible for providing the candidates and managing all the legal formalities. This provides industries with a sense of security while working with SkilTrak. The Industries need to pay nothing in this induction process. All the Visa costs, sponsorship charges, documentation, and legal fees are managed by Registered Training Organizations. So the induction is free for Industries.

Workers Come With Global Experience And Exposure:

The candidates we are providing to the Industries are filled with global exposure. They have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in foreign countries. The Australian Government grants a Sponsorship Visa for 4 years to several people. But before that, if you go for a training visa, you are working in the industry for up to 6 years.

Cost-Effective Induction: Paying Minimum Wage To The Worker:

Now, the recent announcements regarding the Sponsorship Visa have involved a huge hike in the minimum salary applicable to these visa holders by the government. For the past 10 years, we have not seen any adjustments to the minimum salary applicable to the 482 TSS Visa, which was 54,000 AUD annually. But all of a sudden, the new Government has increased it to 70,000 AUD.

Some employers are not willing to offer that much of a salary, or the position of the candidate does not attract such a high package. So a lot of employers are looking towards the 407 Sub-class Skilled Visa because it does not have any Visa-based minimum salary requirement set by the government. Workers coming through the 407 Sub-class Skilled Visa are mostly new to this ecosystem, and they work on the minimum wage set for domestic workers, yet they are highly professional and experienced in their field.

Based on 1 Year Contract:

The 407 Sub Class Visa is based on a 1-year contract and can be extended by the employer and the employee’s mutual agreement. Here, the Visa Holders can work full-time, but only for the company sponsoring them. The position of the candidate is a workplace-based training position. The candidate does not require any school or course to enroll for this visa. They are Skilled and experienced workers who are already working professionally in the global market.

The Industry can extend the contract with the worker or they can cancel the contract at any point in time. Even before the completion of the 1-year contract. (In case the industry is not satisfied with the worker).

Candidate Joins The Company As A Full-Time Permanent Worker:

The candidate joins the Industry as a permanent worker with the obligation not to work for any other industry. He can work full-time with the company without any legalities. A candidate/worker needs to have a Job Offer, a training job offer, or a trainee position offer from the industry before applying for the Visa process. So the terms and conditions, salary offered, and employment contract are done before the worker is boarded to Australia. We sponsor the candidate to join the industry at no cost to the industry; we manage all these expenses.

We Board The Candidate To Australia Within 10-60 Days:

Here we handle all the documentation and legal procedures. The Industry just needs to prepare an employment agreement before the employment starts. After finalizing the candidate, we commit to bringing the candidate to Australia within a tenure of 10-60 days.

Wrapping Up, The Benefits Of 407 Sub-class Skilled Visa For Industries:

In summary, the 407 Sub-class Skilled Visa plays a role in transforming the landscape of Australia. This visa option is noteworthy for being more affordable than sponsored visas. The Visa benefits both the industry and the individual seeking work opportunities. SkilTrak, in collaboration with Reputable Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), simplifies the process by connecting industries with overseas workers. These workers have valuable global experience. The visa offers flexibility, provides free-of-cost inductions to industries, and exempts them from government-mandated minimum salary requirements for regular visa holders.

Moreover, these features make it an appealing alternative considering adjustments to sponsorship visa regulations. With the one-year contract of the 407 Sub-class Skilled Visas, which industries can extend through mutual agreement? They can effectively assess candidates' suitability and performance, resulting in a cost-effective solution. By facilitating this integration, we anticipate a continued impact on the Australian workforce as it bridges global talent with industry demands.
